Umaimono - Delicious foods |

In this site, I picked the foods up which I really thought delicious. Not
the ordinary one in the street, I selected only the thing which I thought
paticularly delicious in each field of cooking. However, please note that
following dishes are what chosen from my very little experience of eating
and personal opinion. There are a lot of delicacies still more in the world. Let's go on the road for such delicious food together. The sentences that it is hard to understand have been revised on Oct. 31, 2011. |

It's tasty salt ramen not just salt ramen. The business hours of "Hirugao" are only in daytime. At night the name of the shop is changed from "Hirugao" to "Setaga-ya" and their menu is changed too. But you'll have to stand in line waiting for it because of a popular shop. Attention! |

It has exquisite balance of taste. Their store building is a bit old-fashioned. |

Little oily, light-tasting cuisine. It's also good to be plumpy. |

I did not imagine that thick fried pork cutlets were such delicious food. |

Deliciousness of the toro, or fatty tuna will make favorable impression on me. It's meltingly delicious. But you'll have to stand in line waiting for it because of a popular shop. Attention! |

Even if you select anything; the material of their dishes is full of life. There are just few seats in the shop. |

That's not the ordinary dish like rice steamed with vegetables and fish. Raw sea breams are just used. |

It's sashimi of raw squids, a specialty of Yobuko, Saga prefecture. Please taste "transparent" squids. Because of season goods, you should pay attention to the timing of your visit. |

Ayu is also known as sweetfish. Please satisfy yourself with full-course dinner of ayu at Ayu-yana. Because of season goods, you should pay attention to the timing of your visit. |

The udon was smooth and delicious. But the soba was sold-out and I ate only udon. I heard that soba was also recommended. You should pay attention to out-of-stock condition because it is a popular shop. |

Unlike others, they are gyozas of light taste. I'm not get tired of having the same ones over and over again. Their store building is a bit old-fashioned. |
